Agreement

By browsing holipicks.com or placing an order with Holipicks, you agree to these terms, the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The shop

Holipicks sells women’s swimwear for delivery in the United States. Product photos, titles, prices and availability can change. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is listed in error, is out of stock, or appears fraudulent.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. This store processes orders. PayPal handles payment through Express Checkout. The amount charged is the merchandise total after any valid discount code, plus shipping. A confirmed payment creates a contract for those items at those prices.

Discount codes

Codes are single-use per checkout unless we say otherwise. NEWFOR15 applies 15% off the merchandise subtotal. 10OFF applies 10% off when the merchandise subtotal is at least $59. B3G1 makes the cheapest unit free in every group of four units in the cart. Codes cannot be combined. We may disable a code if it is abused.

Pricing errors

If a price or discount is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund the PayPal payment. We will not ask you to pay a corrected higher price without your agreement.

Intellectual property

The Holipicks name, site design and product photography on this website belong to Holipicks or its licensors. You may not copy listings for another shop.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Holipicks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by payment processors, weather or delivery networks. Our liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller’s operations and to consumer purchases made from the United States, without copying another retailer’s arbitration clause. You may also have mandatory consumer rights that these terms cannot waive.
